Visiting our offices and contacting your solicitor
4 May 2022
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we continued to deliver our services while keeping customers and staff safe. We did this by moving mostly to telephone, video call or email.
Although legal requirements for Covid-19 have now been removed, we want to continue to deliver our services in this way where we can, as we know that it has been more convenient for many people.
We are also still operating with reduced numbers of people in our offices at any one time to help manage the risk of transmission of Covid -19 to our staff and clients.
However, we are now also offering face to face appointments.
Update to our service
We are still providing our services by telephone, video link or email.
We offer face to face appointments in situations where communication with us would otherwise be difficult. If you think this would be the case for you, or someone you are helping, please let us know. We can assess how best to help and arrange a face to face appointment if this is needed.
If you would prefer a face to face appointment please let us know and we will try to arrange this if possible.
We are still providing our Edinburgh Sheriff Court Housing Helpline by telephone instead of our In-Court Helpdesk while the court operating remotely. If you have a court date and need represented, call 0131 240 1960 to request a Housing Helpline slot and we will call you back for an appointment.
If you can only send us something by post then please use the following addresses:
